Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your Account instantly. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are generally processed within 5–15 minutes during standard banking hours. phmachao does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed by phmachao within the timeframes specified on the Platform. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes. Bank withdrawals are generally processed within 1–3 hours. phmachao does not charge withdrawal fees.
phmachao reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as the phmachao Account holder. phmachao may delay or refuse a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
